Quotovate does not provide contracting services, construction services, or professional advice. Quotovate is not a party to any agreement between users and contractors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Quotovate. By using the platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Quotovate is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Contractor Accounts and Profiles

Contractors may create profiles, select pricing tiers, and choose how they participate on the platform.

Quotovate does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or certify contractors, their qualifications, licenses, insurance, pricing, or work quality. Users are solely responsible for vetting contractors before engaging them.

5. Project Groups and Quotes

Project groups are created and managed by users. Contractors may voluntarily participate and submit quotes.

Quotovate does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of quotes

• That contractors will respond

• That pricing will be competitive

• That work will be completed

All agreements, payments, and project outcomes occur directly between users and contractors.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require paid subscriptions or fees.

• All fees are disclosed prior to purchase

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Quotovate may modify pricing or subscription features with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Quotovate for unlawful purposes

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and design are the property of Quotovate or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission, except for normal use of the service.

• Contractor performance or outcomes

• Suitability of services for your needs

Use of Quotovate is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Quotovate’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Quotovate in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quotovate, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Your interactions with other users or contractors

• Your violation of these Terms

13. Termination

Quotovate may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

You may stop using Quotovate at any time. Subscription cancellations take effect according to the billing terms presented at signup.

14. Modifications to Terms

Quotovate may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
